Executive and senior management are beginning to realize that it takes more than finances and technology to succeed. The key to success today is to develop business leaders who can lead from inside out and who are willing to become the visionaries of tomorrow.
Leaders are rarely (if ever) born. Circumstances and persistence are major components in the developmental process of any leader. The leaders of today must possess traits which will help them motivate others and lead them in new directions. They must also be able to envision the future and convince others that their vision is worth following.
Course Overview
Our Leadership School is designed to address the capabilities and skills expected of line managers to drive sustained growth and success. We address a set of high-level capabilities, strategic knowledge, and attributes that are required to be developed by leaders to foster high levels of performance in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Using the Clarity4D developmental tool, our approach demonstrates adaptive styles for holistic leadership, developing others and positively influencing them towards achieving best results. The program is designed to be 100% experiential and lessons learned are simple and easy to apply in the work environment.
